We are an independent Bible Church in Esbjerg, comprimised of happy and grateful Christians of all ages. The center in our Church and in our lives is Jesus. We believe that God loves all people and whoever believes in Jesus Christ and accepts Him as their personal Savior and Lord in their lives, will be saved and receive eternal life.
We believe that God has blessed each one of us with special gifts and abilities, which are to be used for the glory of His Kingdom. We want to make use of those gifts and practises therefore an open fellowship, where everyone can contribute with the gifts they have been given.
We believe that what the Bible says is true and see it as an authority. We therefore want to abide by its principles, and thereby exalt The One true God. To learn more about God and who He is, we have a weekly Bible Study, as well as regular teaching.
We believe that prayer is important and powerful, and that God through prayer, has given us the opportunity to communicate with Him. We see prayer as an important part of being a Christian. It is one of many ways in how we can worship God, and praying for each other is a big part of our fellowship.
We see our church as an extended family, where we often do things together. We have yearly excursions, and sometimes share a meal together.
We have also travelled a lot together. For example we have been in Israel twice, following “the Footsteps of Jesus”, and have been in Greece in “the Footsteps of Paul”. We have also been in Holland to see a copy of Noah’s Ark, and in Wittenberg to study Martin Luther.
So, all in all we are a living Church, where we enjoy fellowship with each other. In Jesus, God has blessed us with a richness, freedom and joy, which we wish to share with others.
We hope you will feel free to come along to our church, either because you want to, because you are happy and grateful for what Jesus Christ has done for you, or because you want to learn more about God. We hope you'll come because you simply can’t stay away.
We hereby want to invite you.....
